About Us
Authors who are planning to self-publish their books often need assistance along the way. Publishers, too, sometimes need an extra pair of hands or a fresh set of eyes. Both authors and publishers can call on us to help with design, development, and delivery of eBooks and print books.
Our technical and business communications clients’ organizational cultures often include shortened product life cycles, reengineered processes, reorganization, expansion, and flux. We remain mindful of the culture’s impact on those with whom we interact. Guided by the principle that our clients’ success is our success, we keep pace with global technologies and trends, ever mindful of how our solutions secure a competitive edge for our clients.
We expect that our efforts will result in cultivating satisfied clients who will continue to use our services and recommend them to others anywhere in the world. We approach our work with order and maturity, with cooperation and respect. The result? Long-time clients who value our work and our workers.
Who knew when Judy Shenouda accepted a technical writing assignment many years ago that a thriving business would emerge? The year was 1985, and Judy was working in a university’s career services office where jobs often came in for job seekers. Judy’s colleague received a request for a technical writer and handed it to Judy. “You can do this. Give the guy a call.” Judy did so, spent four months writing a policy and procedure manual for the largest employer in the area, and continued taking on contract writing assignments. When the volume of work exceeded her own time and energy, she found others to help—some of whom are with her to this day. With them, she built a business and a reputation for delivering quality work.
Judy and her team continue to answer the call. They provide first-rate solutions to clients’ documentation and publishing challenges. Without fuss or fanfare, they simply—and happily—get the job done.
Want to learn more about the who’s, what’s, where’s, when’s, how’s, and why’s of the company’s activities over many years? Judy is happy to give talks, presentations, and workshops on a variety of topics. Take a look at Topics for Judy’s Talks.
